Knowledge (My Knowledge / Knowledge Network)
Knowledge Network is MuleRun's knowledge ecosystem that manages all your reusable assets — Skills and Knowledge. It's the intelligence layer behind Super Agent: when you submit a task, the system automatically retrieves the most relevant knowledge and injects it into Super Agent, so you don't have to pick anything by hand.
Three Core Values
- Auto-match: the system matches the best knowledge to your task by semantics and injects it automatically. (Not available on Enterprise.)
- Active find: search for and use a specific Knowledge through Super Agent chat or the Knowledge page.
- Experience capture: save your task experience as personal Knowledge for one-click reuse.
How to Use It
A. Find and use a Knowledge yourself
- Ask in Super Agent chat, e.g. "find me a competitor-analysis Skill", or search/filter on the Knowledge page.
- Click Use to apply it to a new task.
B. Let it auto-match in everyday chat
- Make sure the Use Skills toggle is on in the input toolbar.
- While the system matches, you'll see a Skill Search Block.
- After the task finishes, a Skill attribution at the bottom shows which knowledge was used.
(Auto-match is not available on Enterprise.)
C. Save your own Knowledge
- On a finished Task page, click Save to Knowledge (top-right).
- Edit the title and content.
- Save — it now appears under My Knowledge.
Sources & Badges
Personal and Team accounts draw Knowledge from two sources:
- Verified: open-source Skills tested and certified by MuleRun.
- Community: Knowledge shared by other MuleRun users.
You can also share your own Knowledge publicly so others can use it.
Manage My Knowledge
In My Knowledge, each item lets you:
- Edit the name/description — used at the next match.
- Edit the content — used the next time it's matched.
- Enable/disable it — a disabled Knowledge is no longer auto-matched.
All changes take effect immediately.
Plans & Availability
- Browsing and using Knowledge, and saving personal Knowledge: available on Free, Paid, Team, and Enterprise.
- Auto-match (Skill Finder): available on Free, Paid, and Team — not yet on Enterprise (planned).
- There's no difference in Knowledge usage between free and paid plans.
Enterprise Differences
- Knowledge sources are limited to the Group — knowledge shared within the enterprise's internal Group. Enterprise shows neither third-party open-source Skills nor public Knowledge.
- Skill Finder auto-match is not supported, so Enterprise users rely on active-find or their personal Knowledge.
See Enterprise for Group-level Knowledge.
FAQ
- Is matching automatic? Yes, and it's transparent — you can see the Skill Search Block and the final Skill attribution. Control it with the Use Skills toggle.
- Why didn't anything match? The task was likely too vague, or its domain isn't covered yet. Try being more specific or use active-find.
